Calling All Single Figure Golfers

The Single Figure Golfer Challenge is coming to Yorkshire where top local golfers will have the chance to progress to an all expenses paid round of golf at Celtic Manor in October. Once at the Welsh Ryder Cup venue players then have the chance to qualify for a place in a team captained by Peter McEvoy that will take on a selection of former Ryder and Solheim Cup players over two days, also at Celtic Manor.

There is an SFG Tour event in each county with the Yorkshire regional event taking place at Alwoodley Golf Club on Monday 27th July. The cost of entry is £85 per person which includes a buffet and takes the format of an Individual Stableford. As the name of the tour suggests entry is open to those golfers holding a handicap of 9 or less, open to both male and female golfers, but entry is limited to 100 participants

More information about the tour is available on the official website www.singlefiguregolfer.co.uk or click here for an entry-form for the Alwoodley event.
