Crow Nest Park Golf Club held a Charity fun day recently where all monies raised went to their Captains Charity, Overgate Hospice.
A great turnout of 40 Golfers, with all five Captains taking part, helped raise an impressive £230. The day comprised of a 4-person team texas scramble and was organised by Vice Captain, Glyn Owen, along with Ladies Captain Helen Pearson.
The winners of the competition were Micheal Ashton, Steve Yendley, Ruth Wilson and Harry Mowl.
