Having recently recorded his first score below the course par of 70, Richard Leeming continued his run of form in the Jubilee Trophy, a greensome competition, along with his playing partner, David Ward.
Starting first at 7am, they returned a nett score of 62.6 over the Bradley Hall course which proved to be unbeatable. Several other pairings reached the 18th green believing they were in with a chance of the title but were soon to be dismayed upon entering the clubhouse.
A total of 150 golfers took part in the competition.
