Despite the very blustery conditions there was a great turnout for the first Lady Captain v Lady Vice Captain competition at Crow Nest Park.
A field of 36 golfers took part, with over £100 going to the Captains Charity, Overgate Hospice.
Lady Vice Captian Aamanda Mowl lead her team to victory, against Lady Captain Helen Pearson who despite fighting breast cancer took defeat with the the usual good grace.
