On Saturday 1st May, the monthly men's stableford was held at Bradley Hall and attracted a field of 155 golfers.
In the last group of the day and leading the entire field with his 42 points was Steve Sandie (6) but he was closely followed by Steve Rathmell and Andy Bryan who both returned 40 points. In all in division 1, 12 golfers achieved a score below the standard scratch score of 70.
In Division 2, Past Rabbit Captain, Mike Arden (16) amassed 41 points and is so doing moved into Division 1 where he is likely to remain for some considerable time, such is the consistency he is now showing. Second in that division was Brian Dale with 39 points who won the family battle with his son James (7) who had 37 points in the first division.
