Ronnie Parkinson Trophy at Crow Nest Park on 13th May 2010

The final event of the Halifax Huddersfield District Gold Alliance was won by Tom Wild (scr) and Jack Pearcey (5) of Bradley Park with 43 points on a back 6 countback in very closely contested event with three pairs finishing on 43 and four on 42.

In second place, first am/am, on a back 9 countback were Chris Burns (19) and Steve May (6) of Crow Nest and in third were another Crow Nest pair Mark Campbell (6) and Nathan Scott (4). Crow Nest had 5 out of the top 10 pairs in a disappointing field of only 26 entries.

The course was in excellent condition and fine weather prevailed for all the day resulting in the very good scoring - see full results.

The professional Order of Merit was won convincingly by Rob Booth with 80 points from Chris Hanson on 55.

Best club over the season was Bradley Hall on 488 points followed by Outlane on 473 and Bradley Park on 456.
