To celebrate Elland Golf Club’s Centenary, the Captain, Mr David Nicholson, and Lady Captain, Miss Carole Wood, funded the building of a trophy cabinet to display the many cups, salvers and medals etc. which can be won throughout the year.David said, “The cabinet brings our golf club in line with others in the area, by displaying all our awards.” Carole added, “I am very pleased with the finished product; it looks splendid with all the trophies on show.”
