On Saturday 30th April it was the Willow Valley annual Captain's Drive-In Quad-am Competition. A Shotgun start at 09.00am started proceedings with 18 teams of Willow Valley members taking part.
The photo shows the new Captain for 2011/12 - Mr Nick Hartley - as tradition teeing off from the 1st tee at the start of the competition, also the start of the new golf season at the club and his captaincy.
The Quad-am was won by two father and son duo's, both from local families, which is very unusual and a first at Willow Valley!
