A mammouth charity event, starting tomorrow at 4pm and continuing throughout the night ending on Thursday afternoon, is taking place at Dewsbury District Golf Club.
Eight golfers will be aiming to complete at least 8 rounds of golf in a 24 hour period to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Special guests performing the “TEE OFF” are Luke Burgess, Danny Maguire and Richie Mathers. Glow in the dark balls have been provided for rounds played during darkness.
The 'golfathon' has generated a lot of interest locally and attracted sponsorship and support from many people and companies.
